Machinima: The Art and Practice of Virtual Filmmaking from respected publisher McFarland. 15th March 2012.

BLAST: spaceship sketches and renderings Three top artists take you from start to finish through making their spaceship picture. Design Studio Press, 15th March 2012.

3D Animation Essentials, from respected publisher John Wiley. 21st March, but it seems to be available now as a Kindle ebook version.

Figures, Characters and Avatars: The Official Guide to Using DAZ Studio 3d to Create Beautiful Art. New second edition of the official training book for DAZ Studio 3d. 15th April 2012.

Character Mentor: Learn by Example to Use Expressions, Poses, and Staging to Bring Your Characters to Life from veteran British instructional publisher Focal Press. This is meant for old-school 2D artists, but seems likely to be of value to those making webcomics with characters and poses output from Poser and DAZ. 13th May 2012.

ZBrush Creature Design: Creating Dynamic Concept Imagery for Film and Games. Yet another from John Wiley publishers. Out on the 18th May 2012.

Set the Action! Creating Backgrounds for Compelling Storytelling in Animation, Comics, and Games. Focal Press. August 2012.

No sign yet of any commercial training DVD videos for DAZ Studio 3d 4, Poser 9 or Poser Pro 2012. But have a look at this page which collects the official videos and presents them in a logical sequence.
